1. What is this guarantee for?

The guarantee is for people who:

  • use the serum seriously and consistently

  • understand that hair growth takes time

  • want to give it an honest try without financial risk

It is not intended for:

  • people who want to "try" products without the recommended duration

  • requests without a serious test or proof

2. The conditions

To qualify for the money-back guarantee, the following conditions apply:

2.1 You have purchased enough and used it long enough

  • You have purchased at least 5 bottles of Hairborn® GROWTH SERUM from us.

  • You have used the serum daily and consistently for at least 5 months.

A shorter period is not a realistic test for hair growth.

2.2 You can show that you have tried it seriously

We ask for:

  • At least one clear photo every month

  • Preferably in the same light, same angle, and without heavy styling products

In addition, with your refund request, you send:

  • your name

  • your order numbers of the serum(s)

  • a brief explanation of the use

    • how often

    • how long

    • where applied

This doesn't have to be a professional report, but it should be sufficient to assess whether the serum has been used correctly and consistently.

2.3 You submit your request on time

  • You submit your request around the end of the 5th month of use,

  • or no later than 30 days after you have finished the 5th bottle.

2.4 No abuse of the scheme

We may refuse a request when there is:

  • inconsistent use (e.g., longer periods without use)

  • clearly edited, unclear, or misleading photos

  • resale or use by multiple people

  • other forms of abuse or fraud

We assess applications carefully and with common sense, but we are strict in this regard.

3. No medical guarantee

Hairborn® GROWTH SERUM is a cosmetic product.

We make no medical claims and do not guarantee specific results.

Whether the product works varies per person and depends on many factors.

Our guarantee is based on the following principle:

if you have tried the product honestly, correctly, and long enough and see no reasonable improvement, you can ask for your money back.

4. How do you submit a request?

Send us an email to:

In your message, please state:

  1. Name

  2. Email address used for your order

  3. Order numbers of the purchased serums

  4. Brief explanation of your usage

  5. Your monthly photos (approx. 1 per month, total 5–6)

We will review your request carefully and let you know if it is approved and the amount we will refund.

5. What exactly do you get back?

Upon approval of your request:

  • you will receive the purchase price of the used serums back

  • via the same payment method you used for the order (as far as technically possible)

Any shipping costs or additional services may fall outside the guarantee, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.

6. How are photos and data handled?

  • We use photos exclusively for evaluating your request and internal quality improvement.

  • We store them for a maximum of six months.

  • We never use them for marketing without your express consent.

  • Everything is covered by our Privacy Policy.

7. This guarantee is separate from your legal rights

This is an additional service. Your legal 14-day cooling-off period remains in effect.

This guarantee specifically applies after prolonged use without reasonable improvement.
